Bees are fascinating creatures. Colonies are an example of the perfect society. Where co-operation reigns supreme, but where the role of the individual can never be underestimated.

To produce quality honey, you need to start with quality bees. From our base in Northland we breed beehives and NUCs for novice and commercial beekeepers­. Our bees are a hybrid breed of Italian and Carniolan. The yellow Italian brings with her a milder temperament, where-as the darker Carniolan offers a higher production rate.

Whether you're just starting out in beekeeping, looking to increase your hobby apiary, or are a seasoned professional, we can supply a single beehive or large commercial quantities, and have a number of options depending on your budget
